How are F1 Ferrari's compared to Formula GT?

Anyone has both? How do they compare in speed and handling? I'm mainly asking because I find Formula GT to have horrendous physics and since I'm a big F1 fan and I'd really like to drive some proper F1 car around Gran Turismo tracks, I'd really be willing to separate myself from some 10m just to do that. But not if it handles same as that FGT...

I just can't stand that car. :nervous:

Weird turning angles, downforce that feels extremely exaggerated and insane skid recoveries are something that I just can't stand. I'd rather buy some le-mans cars instead of Ferrari, those are actually still fun to drive.

The Ferrari's handling are amazing.

The FGT has the acceleration, but it's handling is crap.

I prefer the Ferrari's only if they weren't so restricted ><.

Apparently (i dont own either), the Ferrari are slower and arent eligible to any events.

I know I can't use Ferrari F1's on GT Championship event, but I really don't see it how they are unavailable for some other events? If the even is unrestricted or MR only or something like that, then Ferrari's should be able to enter, right?

Anyway, entering events is secondary to me, I'm really just interested how they handle and how is the physics on them. Same as F-GT just a little slower, or also better physics like with all premium models?

There are not many cars in GT5 that handles bad. You guys just have to get the Setup right, especially for the FormulaGT. After that it's one of the best handling cars out there. I've mine with a very nice neutral Setup and it feels so great.
