Who manufacturers/made that controller and what is the controller called?

It seems to be a non-licensed controller so I don't think it'll work, your best bet is to get an official/officially licensed PS3 controller.

I dont know I was buying it on Biltema in norway, and I dont find the pack but I think it only said PS3 controller

Yeah, keep your eye out on small details. There are a lot of fake PS3 controllers.
