Yep it's an older RS6. But this is really, really old news. I'm almost sure those pictures have been posted here before.

well seeing as the drivers seat has only 2 wheels, it's technically a motorbike, so it'll have good acceleration

Maybe the driver was thrown out of the car before the final impact?
A guy at work here just bought a wrecked car for parts. The owner was thrown right through the windshield and if he was wearing his seatbelt he would have died. The entire accident was very strange and he is just lucky he lived. Only had a couple scratches.
