So, how did you stumble upon our little oasis of insanity? Pure luck, friend reccomend, you get the idea.

I had found this place by complete accident. Back in seventh grade, I was looking for, of all things, a savanna RX-7. The picture came from the original GT3 prize car list. And as the old cliche goes, 'the rest was history.'

I think this has been asked before, at least once if not more times.

I did a Google search for something related to GT3 about ... three years ago. GTPlanet was in the list, so I signed up and became an obnoxious member. WOO!

Sorry if it were asked before, I didn't bother to search. (I know, blaphemey. )

I found it from Racing Line... maybe even GT3times. Don't go 2 the times site very offten now.

A couple years ago I thought "hey I wonder if theres any news on GT4 yet?", So I joined some crappy Gran Turismo board, this was before any Gran Turismo 4 news or pictures were known. On this crappy GT forum someone linked GTPlanet, so I had a browse and never looked back.

I found it in Sport Compact Car when I was in my import racing stage of life...God I hate my former self.

I got Gran Turismo 3 on my birthday, and needed help in the game within a month. So I searched " Gran Turismo 3 Cheats" on Google, and it brought up the famous GTPlanet.net, I've been here since 02'.

I think I was stalking Famine over from gt3times.com I might have read something on the hybrids forum.

found this site when i was looking for some gt3 forums to improve my times and whatnot. back in March 2003. i might even do a search to find my very first post, within that post could be the reason i joined

Somebody on gamefaqs.com had a link to GTP in his drifting guide. Yes, I actually tried learning to drift at one point in my life :ouch:

Its amazing what a Googlesearch will do for you :).

I found the site.... searching for.... ahh I feel so dirty. CHEATS! :embarassed: Yes, I did. I was wanting more money in Gran Turismo as I was at 100% and I wanted moe money and din't feel like racing. I had 10 trillion at one point.... but my Gameshark doesn't work anymore and my dad broke my other memory card. GRR, I had no good aves except another GT3 save. Oh well, dang Jordan. You've made a damn good site where I spend literally, about 60% of the time I'm doing anything other than school. GOOD JOB! Oh well, I think that ^ goes for a lot of people here.

I suppose I'll say the same thing I said in the other thread like this...

Yes, I admit it... I was a "drifter" when I found this site (quickly dropped that act after seeing what I was surrounded by :nervous: ). It was when the "drifting" craze was in it's little infancy and Initial D wasn't unknown and not gay... I thought wow, I wonder if I could drift in GT3 instead of trying it in reality where I could do it with my door open, displaying how much of an idiot I could be in the process and killing myself. So I did a search on "drifting", found GT3, made a typical retarted noob posting, wised up and haven't looked back since.

I just found my first ever post on GTPlanet, funny stuff.

I searched for tutorials and FAQ's on Gran Turismo the first. Who knew that it would spawn my rediculous forum habits that I carry today.

Trying to find more information on Gran Turismo 4. The Japanese/Asian release was announced on December 28th, 2004 -- the same exact date that I signed up to become a member.

GTF. I was a regular, then got sick and tired of everything over there. Then came here when my computer went to crap and GTF wouldn't allow me in.

Back when GT3 came out for the PS2 I wanted to compare times with other people so I got online. I managed to somehow make it to the old ass forums GTP had back in the day. I forget really what they were, I think it was a MSN or Yahoo board or somethin. Any other old timers remember?

I'm not an old timer, but I'm pretty sure it was MSN...

EDIT: It was MSN -- click here.

I was searching around for a good GTA Forum. Blake told me to come here, but I refused for a while. Finally, I came here. Stayed here. Look where it got me? :D

Ahem, I told you to come here too, but you didn't listen. *Cough*Wanker*cough* :sly:

I found GTP on a google search looking for information on the F090/s
