How did you go about beating GT3

I started in the basic licences and the Beginner league, did about half of it and got some cash to move onto Amateur, then worked through that for a while. I ventured into the later licenses to let me do endurance and won an F1 car straight away, which allowed me to rip through Professional and endurance. Finally I have blitzed through Rally in a Subaru and Arcade in my 787.

Now I'm at 71% with mostly the specialist races (mercedes, Vitz, Tuscan etc) left in beginner, Amateur and Pro, and a couple of endurances and arcade / rally left.

I will be leaving the arcade time trials till last.

Personally I got the B license, went for some beginner races etc. Then went for the other licenses. Finished Rally and a few of the Endurance races, then 'twas onto finishing the rest. That's pretty much it :D

Got the game the Thursday it came out in Oz, had all the licenses by Sat night.

From there, I've been pretty methodical - finished most of the beginner races with forays into amateur to pick up decent cars. Once I had most of beginner/amateur done, did a couple of prof events and some enduros to try to win an F1.

So now I'm sitting at about 78%. I've finished Beginner, Amatuer, Rally and have the F section of Arcade to do. I've beaten the TT at Trial Mountain, about a third of prof and all but three of the enduros. Guess the hard work's still to do!

I got my ps2 about a week ago (bought gt3 first:))
and i'm currently at 26% (i know...) and what i did was i didn't bother doing the license tests but i just went on and raced every race i could with my pt cruiser...after that i got a mitsu Lancer V RS > fully tuned it > raced some more (got my B A IB and IA) > bought a skyline (the cr.55,000 version) and kept on racing. I'm trough the beginners league except for the vitz race and such. same for the amateur league. making my way through pro now, got 5 rallies and 1 endurance and i had a f1 car (poly001) which i sold for about cr.850,000 so i had enough cr. to buy me a ruf and a penzoil nismo skyline which i already sold, at the mo'i have about 15cars...i sell lots of my cars since i only use the ruf rgt (1055hp) and my 1million dollar corvette (tuned to 969hp).
despite the huge amount o'power on my two monsters a favor the mitsu lancer V rally car...put some nice gold wheels on them, looks great!:D

I started out gettin my A & B licenses and did all the possible races with them, then did the same when i got my IB license. Then went on and got my IA and R license. Did the super speedway enduro when I got my IA and got an F1 car on my second attempt. Used this car to beat Arcade mode on Professional and used my Evo VII Prototype (from Pro 4wd) to beat rally, beaten Beginner and Amteur, 2 eduro's left (Apricot and Laguna) and a good third of Pro. Still need to get S license, haven't started TT yet and i'm curretly sititng at about 78%

dude - you sold the polyphony 001? That is not only the fastest accelerating car, it corners the best and brakes the best...it is also the rarest and best car in the game. My advice - if you win again DON'T SELL IT!!!!!!!!!

Where do you win this car? I won an F1 in the Polyphony Digital Champ. It says Polyphony and Casino on it? Is that it?

I started beating GT3 with a baseball bat, yo. First I worked the head, then the legs, then the head some more. It never had a chance...

Sorry, I meant to say that I got first 2 licenses, raced most of Beginner series, got rest of licenses, cleaned out Rally, Arcade, Beginner, Amateur, and I'm just cleaning up Pro and Endurance. ~95% right now.

Does it have a high nose? If so, that's it. I think it has Polyphony and Casino on the side.

I think the European (and Australian) versions don't have the FXX/X names, they have the Polyphony001 and 002 (only two cars!).

The Polyphony002 is a turbo F1 car and looks to be a replica of the '88 McLaren Honda, and the Polyphony001 looks to to be a high nose car from around 94/95 (might be a 95 Williams). Check the prize lists - any of the championships listed where you win any of the F1 cars is what you're looking for.

Thats what I did, 2. Exactly...

I was lucky enough to win it on my first endurance race- super speedway. I think it is the one with Casino down the side. It says 001 though, so you should be able to tell the difference. Don't sell this car!

This is some of our first posts.

That was post 58,303! :rotfl:

First I ran the sunday and clubman cup, then I beat all the licenses. After that, I first beat all the beginner league races, then amateur and then finally professional. Between all that I also beat the arcade mode, time trials, rally races and enduros.

1) got all the licenses (except the S).
2) did 60-70% of the beginner league.
3) did 30-35% of the amateur league.
4) finished beginner league.
5) did another 20% of amateur.
6) did the longest enduro's.
7) did 25-30% of professional.
8) finished amateur.
9) finished professional.
10) finished enduro's.

I just went and raced the superspeedway race in the Sunday Cup till I could aford my camaro then I got the license to move on...

Me...I got all the licsense(took bout 3 hours playing it staright)then went and beat time trails....got the Panzo(can't spell sorry guys) beat some races..bought a Skyline R34 beat super speedway endruo and won the F090/s. From then on i just beat races left and right.

I got all license (took a while with the automatics:D) then bought me Mazda MX-5, saved up for a ZO6 then won the Super Speedway then won a Polyphony 001 :D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D

All License except Special, then worked through all races :chkflag:
- Did Time Trials :brnzmedal

Now at 99% with Complex String with :ruf: being the only thing stopping me from getting 100% :banghead:

Anyone else at this point? Any tips? :smilewink

First got the first license then i did the Beginner League and I then got the second License and finishd the Beginner League and then started to do the Ameteur League after a while i got all the rest of the licenses and I started to do the Ralla League and finishd that one then did some enduro's and some amuteur and Professional's and i got now 79%......

I tried to get as high as I could with the liscenses, then when they got hard I started racing beginner league to improve. Then when I needed more liscenses I got them all. I beat Rally mode first, then beginner and then amateur. I did all the races in single race, and I told myself, I AM ON THE 100% RUN!! So I went through each series and race and in amateur I used the F094/S and smoked every one. I am currently at 90.6%.

I have just restarted GT3 and began doing the license tests and got all golds on the Domestic B licence (the last test is really hard). Then I borrowed GT Concept from a friend ,got the 1.000.000cr. bonus and used it to tune my mx-5 :D ...
