The best part is not really the blood, gore, or bad language. it's the radio. They parody every radio station out there, and it's dead on. I can't take radio even as seriously as I did before - and that wasn't very seriously in the first place.
It is one of the most "dirty" games out there. The gore is pretty high up there and there is a lot of adult "themes" that take place, I would'nt recommend it for anyone under the age of 12. If your grown up then you could probably handle it, you see the same kind of stuff on T.V and movies anyway.
This game truely deserves teh rating it has. I deffinitely wouldnt get it for kids younger the 15. I mean, either way, what would you be teaching your kids....prostitutes, killing, stealing, cursing.
