How do i attach custom avatars?

I dont like the ones they have and i have one thats made by me.

80 by 80 pixels so how do i attach it?

Also how do i write something under my name instead of it saying new member?

Well to have a custom avatar you need to have 100+ posts and to have a custom username title you need to reach 500+ posts.
