i need to delete my acount because my parents are sick of me being registered to so many forums

You have to get your parent's, legal guardian or another witness, to write a note, get them to sign it and then post a scan here, otherwise someone pretending to be you could get your account deleted without you knowing.

If willpower is an issue, then go to "Change Password", close your eyes, and type in something random.

Of course, that doesn't stop you re-registering if you have no willpower. I suggest you learn Der Alta's lesson above.
