I don't think you can delete it successfully without losing information, there is one step down and that's 1.0. You can not roll back to 2.02 at all.

i want to roll it back so i can rubberband again, i know its cheating but i dont have the time to sit there and grind

Save games are Not Down grade able once you add any DLC to your garage. you are locked to that version number.
You can never go back. Nothing to do with game version realy its all about the save game data it is still there, your PSN ID is altered buy the store as well.

A-spec grinding of "Dreamcar" in a X2010 has remained achievable through all versions.
"Like the wind" remains only worth while with X2011.

Yeah true, Graphite ive been following the grinding thread for a very long time, ever since it started :D i went off gt5 for a bit so i lost track but i read that u are the grinding god :D can you please point me in the right direction with the x2011, if you could please give me the car settings and the controller setup that would be awesome :D

Thanks

Its now easier to do than ever all the detail is there. including the 1 change to the first set up.

If you want to earn quick dollar, check out the B spec seasonals. Assuming your login bonus is on 200%, it's possible to go from zero to 20 million in 2 and a half hours, with a complete recycle of the OCD thrown in.

Okay, so it's not much use if you're after A spec XP or you're going to be away from your PS3 for longer than half an hour, but it's damn effective.
