How do i get farster?

I am struggling on the NASCAR champion ship and on the fast tracks I am 700 milliseconds quicker and on the slow tracks with corners I am in third but with a 6 second gap. Can you please give me tips on how to get faster please?

Ensure your LSD is set to being less responsive on road courses, so you don't get wheel spin. Also, try the AERO (downforce) on max., both front and back to ensure smooth entry into corners to minimize understeer, and so you can power out of the corners too. Also, your transmission settings should be set shorter as there are only 4 gears on Nascars.
