How do I get the AE86 like the one from Inital D?!

I've looked EVERYWHERE for this car and i can't find it! is it even in the game? please help me with this problem if you want. if the car is in the game, PLEASE tell me how to obtain such an awesome piece of Japanese touge!!!

PS: its the one Takumi Fujuwara drives.
 
It is in the game, named "Sprinter Trueno AE86 S.Shigeno Version '00. It's been around since Gran Turismo 3. You can find it in the Used Car dealership, usually priced around 35,000cr. It's a fantastic car.
