How do I put my saved game file on a friend's PS3?

So I finally got my copy of Prologue a week ago and my friend just got his. I've completed all the races but he hasn't, so how do I get my Saved Game File from my PS3 to his?

You can pick up a 512MB memory stick at any big box store like Wal-Mart, Costco, ect., for around $20. Its really useful if, like me, for some reason you PC is fussy about sharing media with you PS3 and 360. Is great for transferring music, pics, AND game saves. Good luck.
