Mucking around with the suspension will help compose the car entering the corner but won't help on the exit and with powerful RWD vehicles this is where the problem is . I'd suggest a full custom LSD dial the settings to say 8/12/20 see if that helps. If you get it right you can do away with TCS.

I'm using racing soft and it starts spinning out right when I start turning. I could even stop accelerating and just glide and it still spins

You need to tune when using RS on a street car like this one. GT6 has changed the tyre characteristics so that slicks aren't simply stick it on everything and go. The suspension needs to be stiffer to be able to deal with the massive amount of grip.
