I have been trying to tune my 2005 subaru impreza sti to do the nurburgring well. Since this course has many different types of corners and log straights idk what tuning would be h best. Can anybody help me out with how to set up the transmission and suspension?

To echo the guy above check out the tuning forum.

https://www.gtplanet.net/forum/showthread.php?t=198751

That thread says it has listed all the tunes on gtplanet but I'm not sure how often he is updating it now so its most. Also better place to ask this sort of thing in the tuning forum link seadog gave you.

I'm a brutal tuner and usually rely off what others post in the tuning thread.... Best of luck.

if you want to work on youre own tune, the first thing i would do is get youre top speed set up. There are a lot of fast sections in the ring. Then work on the rest of the set up. You will have to compramise a lot on the ring. Its pretty bumpy so dont slam the car, id probably run a little more rebound in the shocks than normal as well, again for the bumpyness. Also i would focous on getting the car predictable and stable vs all out speed. There are many spots where a small mistake can cost you big, and its a long complex corse. Also i would probably run 25/75 front to rear on the center diff mabye even 20-80 there is only a few spots where youre gonna get bogged down and need the fronts to help get power down, and the high bias to the rear can help turn on the gas at higher speeds.
