how do i upload a drift video?

Hey just wondering, how do i upload my video? I donno how to upload it to an ftp? Hmmm? do tell

lol i know ive started like 5 threads, no one responds or helps. Its kinda sad, . Im just really new to the video capturing part of gt3 and i want to know how to upload it, because then i can start puttin vids out like every 2 weeks.
