Go to settings before the race and put TCS to 0 for constant tire smoking or 1(if cars powerful enough)for a little one when you accelerate.

Drivetrain that's best would probably be FR... Weight at the front helps push the front wheels down.. giving you a BIT more braking power there...set brakes to the front.... downforce front all the way, downforce back minimum...leeet hher rip!

also dont forget that you do have analogue buttons, just hold the brake on a touch, give it full throttle and off you go

a stock fiat will do it easy :)

another, less known way to do burnouts that can be used on ANY car involves a can of fuel and a box of matches ;)

ROFPML

i have also heard that a firelighter under the back wheel helps as well ;)

I think bleach will help on those wheels to get em spinning...;) Same goes with bald tires...

But seriously, RR is a good drivetrain (the only example is the Ruf RGT) for doing burnouts.

The brakes in GT3 WAY overpower the cars engines.

I find you need a 2WD car with >1000 HP to do a brakestand.

I first found out it was possible when I hit the gas in the fully boosted Supra RZ and hit the brakes. The car stopped and the revs held at 7000 RPMs while the rear brakes melted and the rear tires smoked forever (until I either let off the brakes or the gas or both).

ALL you have to do is buy a high-powered car,(an Oreca Viper, for example,)
equip the highest N/A tune-up,or Turbo, disable all traction and stability control, rev the engine high, and let 'er rip. You'll be spinnin' in no time!:)

You can do it in any car man...It doesn't havta be High powered or FF or AWD or anything..you can do it in a Stock 3000GT a stock S2000 A Stock Civic SiR A Stock Anything..just make sure TCS and ASM is completly off (0) And Hold the brake down...And rev the car to it's revlimiter constantly..then release the brake, and reapply but not at full pressure..You'll go slow, and just keep letting off the brake untill you see the smoke still going..but you're not

I can do a RWD Burnout with my WRX STi Ver 6. It spins the rear wheels....but you dont' have to believe me.....it's amazing what the DCCD can do....

It's harder for FF cars isn't it?

Harder for underpowered RWD........I can do it with super soft tires on all 4's with my WRX STi Ver 6....heheh just bragging........:P
