How do u get Camaro Edge-Special?

I saw my friends collection in mygranturismo and I saw all of them has Camaro SS Edge-Special.How and where can I get it?

No, actually is has less than the 2010 Camaro SS, which has 435 stock hp vs. the Edge at 427hp.

However, fully-tuned, it will still end up with the same 704hp (705hp when viewed in Garage) that the 2010 SS gets.

Which is also the full amount that the 2010 SS Race Mod gets, too. 👍

I think it already has one of the engine upgrades or other part installed already to get more hp. I just forget which one.
