you have to buy a capture card and then you can hook up your ps2 to you comp and it will let you play gran turismo on the monitor. Then you can get the vids on the comp and then upload through a host or somthing like that.

Im not much of a electronics guy, but this is how I made my video. I hooked my PS2 to my digital camcorder (it has the video and audio stuff). As I played the replays, I recorded it. Then I hooked the camcorder to the computer to my sound card (SB Audigy Gamer) using a firewire cable. Using Adobe Premiere 6.5, I imported the replay clips from the DC to edit and add music. Finally, I exported the finished project.
