So I know we unlock them in the special events, with the Mercedes-Benz and Grand Tour events, but I finished the Grand Tour events, but I do not have the locations unlocked. anybody else have these problems?
You have to watch the transitions between all of the Gran Tour events. If you choose one, then select "Next Event" or whatever, it'll show you a "cinematic" and then you'll unlock stuff.
