How Do You Control RC Cars???

I Got A Code To Spawn An RC Tank At Gameshark.com, But I Can't Control It! I've Tryed Everything. I Even Walk Into It To See If It's Real. But I Walked THROUGH It! Just How Do I Control It???

If you spawned it yourself you probably can't. RC cars usually require some kind of activation to happen before you can conrol them (unlike a normal car, where you just get in).

The RC vehicles in the game were not meant to be driven, so there is no way for CJ to enter the vehicle. But there is one RC vehicle that was going to be used for a mission, but it was not used, and it can be spawned by a cheat device.

It's called the RC Cam and must be used with the No Doors gameshark/AR Max code. I should have the video & images posted here, I'll take a quick look at post it here.
