How do you get the 5 cars for AE?

I preordered with gamestop and only got 20 cars. How do I get the 5 cars advertised?

5 of the cars were for pre-ordering. On the back of the Anniversary box it says 20 cars. The pre-order code should have been sent to you by the retailer.

My code for the 5 pre-order cars was on the purchase receipt.

Actually, I just checked and I actually have all 25 cars, I had the game shipped to me, and there was no receipt. However, the code inside the box gave me all 25 cars, and on the back of the game box it says "anniversary content 25 cars" instead of 20. I am curious as to why yours says 20 on the back of the box? It could be because of different regions? I'm in Canada.
