How do you get the FBI Washington?

You remember the mission called "All Hands On Deck!" The one where Cortez leaves Vice City? You know those two Black cars racing to get to the boat? Yeah the black cars in that mission are the FBI Washingtons. But how do you get it? Is it impossible to get them or what?
 
It's actually parked behind Rock City, not the pizza joint. Excluding the Hunter and Rhino, the FBI Washington is the best law enforcement vehicle in my opinion. It's fast and has good handling.
 
well i didnt know what the place was called it was behind so i said pizza knowing it was near there in the ally way
 
Theres also a Body armer back there to. Thats a good spot to know,especially when going on a killing spree. Its got a badazz car and body armer:cool: :cool:
 
Yeh Shannon, excluding every other law enforcement vehicle, the Police Squad Car is my favourite you know...:p :lol:

I prefer the FBI rancher-- "its built Ford tough". Those FBI guys don't like to give it up though

i think the fbi rancher is better. its fast and can take more of a beating. and something funny-- slam into a baggage handler while your going full speed, it will twist around in the air and go flying. i did it while on the run and i laughed so hard as the security guard in it was just sitting there.:lol:
 
Heh, but those idiots driving the FBI Rancher have got no clue how to drive, they're all over the road...and when you approach them on the opposite side of the road they go into a wild spin...:lol:

Heh. I'd try that, but I've got GT3 in at the moment. Got the ol' rubber band trick happening. :D
