How do you manage to avoid the stupid lens flare?

Seriously, most of the shots I want to do, the stupid lens flare gets in the way. It's starting to annoy me. It's a bit too much and even real life lens doesn't have this much flare.

Change the filter and go back to normal. It may wipe lens flares.
