My latest attempt at making the races challenging involves taking harder tires than them. I'll get a car set up to have similar power, but instead of usuing medium tires, I'll put on either sport or super hard. That way I have to work hard to make it through the corners as fast as they do.

Pass them in the corners... I'm getting better at setting up the car just as fast as theirs, not faster, not slower

...and for those AIs who wants to be 🤬 and hit me off the road, I give them a dose of their own medicine

It all depends on my car and the competition. If I am equal or slightly worse, I will try and get as many positions as I can in the first lap or so. This is partially caused by my habit of using slightly too soft of tires in sim mode that wear out faster than the competitions'. If my car is better, then I might play around. Sometimes I will push a car or two outta my way, but that has not been happening so much recently. Unlesss, that is, i've been pushed by them.

I usually find that I'm later on the brakes and earlier on the throttle than the AI, so that gives me the "up the inside on entry" option, or a "slingshot out" option.
