how do you setup the drivetrain, suspission, and everything else

ive been tinkering with the setups with a few cars i was wondering can anyone tell me how to setup it all up to run the best times in the 1/4 mile i want to tune key cars a few are rear wheel drive and a few are awd any help will be appricated
 
Dr Slumps drag tuning bible, 3rd sticky down...start there and try some tunes. Nobody will post the best setup

Are you suprized? We had to do the work. Your lucky you have something to tune off of. How ungrateful.
 
Yeah, trial and error. You have route X ? It really helps in tuning

WOW! I'll tell you what sucks more.. having absolutely nothing to base your tunes off.. I am still relatively new to dragging (4 months :)) but seriously.. how long have you been trying different setups.. like 5-10 minutes.. I know that I spent in total, well over 2 weeks getting my ACR to where it is now... and I'm still learning new tricks with each run I make.. we all have hit and mostly miss.. well, me and Fest0r mainly :sly: but get over it ey.. if you don't want to try.. don't expect any help..

It's funny you should say that I'm "too nice".

Everyone else calls me a complete arse. :lol:

Oh and all this is 1/4 only, longer runs have certain things that need to be done to maximize top-end pull and sacrifice launch too much to post a gain on the 1/4 mile.

Edit: And I'll add... People shouldn't take advice for granted (these numbers are based on how things worked out before 2.03 or 2.04, whichever FUBAR'd drag times), but I don't straight out lie to people when it comes to drag racing.
