We have tried to tandem drift quite a few times but it always seems that we screw it up, or one of us pulls off the "drift wave" and messes the other one up. We have tried to use the same car on many occasions but whenever we do, do well on a drift on the same corner, one of us is too far ahead to be called tandem drift. So please if there are any pointers please divulge them. On a side note I did look around, and couldn’t find anything. However if this has been discussed please point me in the right direction.

practice more.. work on control, speed, angle and knowing how to move your car in a drift.. how to move it in or out of a connor how to move it while drifting.. how to change your angle less or more... how to speed up keep your speed or slow down.. once you and your buddy get that down you should be fine

PRACTICE

check out some videos in the video section, there are SEVERAL tandem drift videos, some with controls displayed, maybe it could help you.
only other thing i can say is just pratice. thats how DD got better.
and another thing, grow some balls. dont be afraid to try to get super close. if you hit your partner, just say oops and try it again. just remember, if you do get really close, be sure to remember to back away or give your partner some room before the exit or transisition or youll get smacked and itll screw both of you up.
just mainly pratice alot, watch replays to see what if anything you guys are doing wrong, then try to correct any mistakes.

practice is important....but for tandem driftinghave the follower try and match the rhythm of the leader and have the leader check an make sure u can tag along behind....it takes time but you will get!...Oh and the faster guy should usualy be in back

Gotcha, practice, okay.
Oh and about getting close, usually the problem is one of is faster than the other so yeah. Alright thanks for the advice.
