I've recently become more interested in watching other, less mainstream motorsport. But I have no idea where to fine extended highlights or live streams!?

I'm particularly interested in trying to watch the V8 Supercar series.

So I was wondering, where does everyone get their motorsport fix online? Do you pay for the subscriptions or find a dodgy stream online?

I watch Indycar on JustinTV since Sky Sports gave up their broadcasting rights to ESPN in the UK.

I watch it on Motors TV/Eurosport if it's on there, but if it's a Sky or BT ruined one, I use a safe stream.

NASCAR: ABC, FOX, and ESPN (NBC, NBCSN, FOX, and FOX Sports 1 next year)
F1: NBC and NBCSN
Indycar: NBCSN and ABC
V8 Supercars: V8 Superview website
24 hours of Le Mans, Daytona, and 12 hours of Sebring: Fox Sports 1 and Fox Sports 2

To watch V8SC (and a lot of other international motorsports) in the UK legally you need Motors TV.

It's on Sky and Virgin Media.

Motors TV is on freeview as well. However it's not normal freeview that you can receive through the aerial like most others but requires a data connection via smart TV or other internet enabled box to stream the channel to you, oh but some smart TVs from 2013 won't work with it... Nobody is quite sure why.

When it requires a data connection to actually view the channel you do wonder why they don't stream it online...

I wonder that as well.

It's on channel 240 of freeview but you need a HD freeview tuner and it must have internet access to get the stream.

Not all devices are compatible.

A lot of series have dedicated streaming of their races. WEC, ELMS, GT3, Blancpain, Nurburgring 24 hrs and VLN.

IMSA have started streaming on their site as well (unless that was only for the 12 hours of Sebring)

Well I will be watching the WRC, BTCC, the DTM, F4 and Motors TV through ITV4. The Formula E is also set to air on ITV4. The Avon Tyres British GT and British Formula 3 will be viewed through Channel 4. I watch the The ERC and will be watching the WTCC, Dakar Rally and Formula 3.5 on Eurosport. I have it on Virgin Media but I also have the Eurosport Player.

But series including the GP2, FIA F3, Blancpain GT Series and IndyCar will all be watched by me through channels on YouTube.

The Pirelli World Challenge will be watched through the official website.

No, the only way you can buy that is as a to-your-TV service as part of the full package. They won't sell it separately and Sky (for some strange reason) have no way to buy single channels online. I know because I asked them last year and again at the beginning of this. ;)
