How else to acquire $1M+ Race Cars?

Okay, so I'm sitting in the UCD looking at an R8 Race Car. I only have $400k right now due to a UCD buying spree. I know you can't outright TRADE anything over $1M. So, back to the R8...can this be had via a 2005 Ticket? Tickets for any year can be traded correct? Thanks in advance for the help.:dunce:

You know how to cycle a ticket using a (USB) flash memory stick, Quit -- Reload trick?
Or [] open all if you have only 1 ticket, Quit -- Restart thing ?
 
22 ticket gives you daytona cars, 23 tickets give you LMP cars, and 24 tickets give you F1s and FGT.

Oh man, I can't wait to get home from work and get to duping to see what I can acquire! So happy it's nearly 5:30. :dopey: I'm hoping for the TDI...what a machine.

Might be quicker to race the A-spec seasonal (2 I think) at Madrid. It's worth £400k so if you have the 200% bonus you would have your mill in the bank in under 7minutes (if memory serves me)
 
Oh, is that all it costs? I usually do the Challenge #4 Nurburgring; since it's 6:30:00 and nets $1,000,000 but lately the McLaren GTR competition seems to be faster than normal, so I might send take you up on that advice and try the Madrid race; Nurburgring gets boring in the Jaguar anyhow.

Switch to the r8 open cockpit or the courage c60. I'm doing the nür in 6:10 to 6:18. I'll share um with my tune so you can try :)

If you beat 6:10 in the 650pp I'm done for lol. That was me going hard! Possibly could make up a sec or 2 somewhere... But getting my the npc's is the biggest problem.
 
You could also enlist some grinding services as well. Six bobs equals six unlimted bank accounts.
 
You start off with one B-Spec driver (go to the helmet icon), place him on shared status. Once your B-Spec driver "Bob" goes online, other people can race him around for however many hours. Usually, a typical night is anywhere from 20 to 30 races. Gaining XP for your Bob comes in when you cash in the winnings from the grind session. The more levels you get up from winnings, the more drivers you will be able to share, up to six, and the better they perform. At first, you won't see much, but that will change with the more drivers you have, and the higher levels they become. All you really have to do is make sure you have them shared, and make sure you cash them in. Once you get your Bobs up there in Levels you can let them stay around level 25 to 30, and just use them as spare bank accounts. By then they usually will finish well, and the money starts rolling in. You could have all six drivers sitting with millions under each one. I generally don't recommend letting them get past the ten million mark as the 200 percent will negate anything more than that.

Holy Crap! The game mechanics of this game never cease to amaze me. That's awesome! I haven't done a single B-Spec race...I didn't realize we could share drivers and such. How do you unlock more drivers, because right now I only have one.

Who'd care to take my Bob on his maiden voyage?

It is all based on XP, you may be able to only add two or three more at first, but it wont be long before you can add all six. Once you hit level 35, you get a free X2010. After that, it's all gravy!

Add s0ul_chicken and I will hook you up to get started sir. I will put you in an Always Race pattern (I run the grinder 5-6 days a week), to get you at least all six drivers online, plus the X2010 - valued alone at 20 million. If you wouldn't mind sending me one of your black replicas at your convenience for my trouble I would appreciate it. If you can't, that is cool too.

No problem! I will be firing up the grinder before I go to bed and will let it run through until lunch (1pm your time). 14 hours or so will give you a good start. I will let you know when I shut the grinder off so you can cash in then. While I am using your Bob, you won't be able to cash in, so just know that.

As for the ticket...I'm just now learning what tickets give what, so you pick. I don't have a Formula car yet and I just got my first LeMans car (the C90 '05). Thanks a bunch for all the help!

You'll be able to give mine a whirl in an hour. After the kid goes to bed. I'll put a few of the good LM cars so you can get a feel for which one you like better. The c60 is soooo easy to drive but a bit slow, but it makes up for it in the corners. V12 BMW is fast but not as good in the corners and the r8 is an all arounder. That's what I got my 6:10 in :) 650pp they will all be setup for.
