How finished is the game at TGS based on history?

I was right about 80%.

The last 20% is just for polishing. And 2/3 months of polish time is more than enough.

% is a useless way of measuring how finished the game is. First of all, what constitutes 1%? What is even measured? Time? Data? Features? How much is 100%? What is the difference between 80% and 95%?
 
The general idea is that the game is pretty finished and needs some polishing. Now we have to see what is that pretty finished state because what we have seen so far I suspect is quite outdated.
 
well... seing as the creator said 80% like, today, id have to say 81%, you know? XD
