How have you used the PSN outage?

While I have found the PSN outage, a pain in the whatsits, I've been trying to make the best of a bad lot. Since I've not been able to do any trading and online racing, I got stuck back in to the licenses. And I've now got all golds on the b and a licenses, and the S license. Now standing at 50 golds and 10 silvers. I'm now determined to gold all the licenses and get all the cars from it. Even though I've got them all already. Then I will only have the last few A Spec endurance races and the Vettel Challenge to do. Is it even possible to gold the VC with a joypad?
So how have you guys used the time PSN has been down?
 
a 24 hr endurance, i could never do that since i didnt want to miss a day of trades 💡
 
I have been taking lots, and I mean lots, of pictures in GT5's photomode and have also been playing F1 2010.

When did it happened? 3 days ago in my place, it worked perfectly...
 
I've been doing the licences too, got rid of all the bronzes and have something like 35 golds. Not bothered about all golds, just wanted rid of bronze. Apart from that i've been tuning cars i've bought but never used and filling out the lap times in practice mode. Done a few photos too.
 
Been doing yardwork & letting the PS3 rest.

This plus grinding INDY, never thought i would drive on that track again but eh I think I'm enjoying it now.
 
was my bday on that day. really sucks that i couldn´t get my gift car :(

so i played donkey kong returns on wii that day (and got drunk, but that´s another story :) )
 
Pick any tradeable 86 car and i'll send it to you as soon as I can get back on the psn.
 
I'm doing the 9h Tsukuba race since yesterday, I'm spreading it over two days. I hope that doesn't shorten my PS3's life.
 
I finished the Black Ops campaign, played some GT2, tuned some cars on GT5. Sadly, it's too cold/rainy to go outside.
 
I have been looking at GT5s my home screen cursing SCEE.

idk which car is good from that year. why don´t you just pick one and suprise me, like the ticket would have done?! :)

Look at the 86's and take your pick. I'll friend req you as soon as the psn is back up.
You can't trade the Peugeot Rally Car. But the RUF BTR is a little cracker.

Peugeot 205 Turbo 16 Evolution 2 Rally Car '86 -- would be great. i think i don´t got this yet. have to check, but i´m quite sure :)
 
It's over the million credit limit. The most expensive one you can trade from that year is the RUF BTR.

got the RUF. so one of the 4 toyotas would be nice.
 
Not a problem. I'll pick a nice one and send it over. You'll get a friend request when psn comes back up. Accept it and i'll send one over.
 
Working on 9hr Endurance now, next up is the 24 at Sarthe, same as others, with trading I never wanted to start these.
 
Gran Turismo 4, Street Racing Syndicate, Getting TDU2 today so I actually have some trophies to unlock.
 
Time to tamed floaty Shift 2.

Bummer, i'm 1975 - guess i'm not getting a car for my birthday :(

I'm stuck at silver on that one as well. I'm shaving hundredths off each time . But I'm still about a tenth away.
 
I finally spent a bit of time learning ( and Golding ) the rally special event.
The expert Dirt level was an absolute pig.
 
Credit Whoring.
The amount of extra mileage my X2010's done for the past two days compared to the usual is staggering. I've probably made 10 - 15mil.. Shame I like to splash the cash often. :ouch:
 
Mostly doing trophies and licence tests, in between grinding B spec for cash to buy cars. Got the collecting bug now.
