how i get that kind of hp??? help??

it's something about hybrids or something like that..
Or something else i don't know.

But can someone really help me?
I saw a video that someone driving impreza proto that has around 7000+ hps.

Can someone teach me what to do?
How should i do it all these stuff.

My PS2.. i only have Action Replay.
Someone please help me.

First, Read this guide . It is for GS2 and codebreaker, but work the same for AR2. There is a link in that guide for the parts department, which is a good source for part codes.

I need to ask if U are using NTSC or PAL, since U haven't listed your location. If u are using anything other than NTSC(US), then U will need to substitute the appropriate basecodes.
 
I believe Singapore would be NTSC, but the japanese version, so U would be able to use the part codes, but would have to substitute the Japanese base code for the US one.

I was stuck at 1065 hp til heydu an others showed me how to up that to the 443,569 range hp
