How is it 0/0?

This may be a stupid question, and I did a search but didn't find the answer. How do you get cars with 0 miles if they are not in OCD or the premium car dealership? I understand the whole switches part, but how can you get any car with 0 miles?
 
Almost all cars can be obtained from birthday tickets (depending on the year of the car) and yeah a lot of cars can be obtained from level tickets too.
 
Level and Birthday Tickets............For a good while they had all the cars in the UCD selling for half price and 0/0....Then it's a matter of trading your ass off with those that have the other versions of the cars you want............Lots of time and effort goes into it buddy.....
 
I've been fortunate and got a couple of cars from the UCD with no miles. But as the others said, tickets and the OCD are the main source of 0/0 cars.

All premium cars from the NCD are 0.0.0 till you use them.

All cars from any level or birthday ticket is 0.0.0
 
Don't forget OCD.

1. Prize cars that come in ticket form (Green)
2. Prize cars that come from a Lvl ticket, Special ticket, or Birthday ticket.
3. NCD, OCD
4. DLC

Post edited. Thanks for the info. I did not know that. Just curious, have you ever seen anything in the UCD besides the Veyron at 0?

I have seen the Viper Team Oreca with no miles, as have many other people. I heard that before the OCD was created, the Formula GT appeared in the UCD with 0 miles as well, though I can't confirm that.

I have also seen the Viper Team Oreca with 0 miles, I grabbed it too.

I checked some other threads as well, and it looks like the Vipers and the Veyron are the only confirmed 0 mile UCDs. Lots of folks like to claim they've seen other but those are the only ones I can find independent secondary corroboration for.
