It will take you about 9 hours, depending if you keep an eye on the game after the pitstops and bring it back to the 3X faster mode immediately after your pit stops.

Looking at your spelling, you are definetly in a hurry (sorry, I couldn't resist...) :)

Hmmm. 24 divided by 3 is 8 hours. So it should take that, but it won't. Pitstops work in normal time. So, if a pitstop takes 30 seconds of race time, you need to add 20 seconds to the 8 hours for each pitstop you do. Also, if you do not reset it to 3x speed after each pitstop, you will be on 1x speed until you set it again. This will also add time to the 8 hours.

Also, once the 24 hours is up, you need to complete the lap you're on. In a car capable of winning that race, we can conservatively say that that will be 8 minutes max, or 2 mins 40seconds at 3x speed unless you start the lap in the pits. Add that to the 8 hours too.

Ultimately, I reckon that this race will take you, in b-spec mode, somewhere between 8 hours, 2 minutes and 40 seconds, and 24 hours and 8 minutes.

Unless you pause.

Oh, and if you race it in the DeLorean, you can actually finish before you start!

finish before u start ..huh.... lol aww i aint got that time either lol i will have to turn it off tonight is there anyway i can save it in the middle of the race ; unlikey prob

Which tune shop do you find the flux-capacitor in? I've been looking for that damn thing for weeks! I couldn't find Doc's shop ANYWHERE!!!

every time you pit you will have to reset it to 3x... so you will want to tune your car for less tire wear and maximize performance.

it will take 24 hours without that, so keep it in mind thats the max it can be. if you start off and change the 3x settings for a few pits and then leave to goto work/school/movies/sleeping
then its going to be at 1x because it doesnt do the speed change for you after a pit.

do some laps for a few pits then goto sleep... wake up and do some more laps and change it to 3x after some pits, then it should be done soon that day sometime.

Why worry? Just start it up at night, go to sleep then work/school. By the time you get back to it it will be almost done. Then you can X3 it to save a little time. Don't worry about leaving the PS2 on that long. I had mine on for 5 days when I did the Ring 24 in A-spec...

Welcome to GTPlanet, but please, in the name of migraine headaches, type in real English.

Welcome to the GTP, but next time take your time on typing. Now as for the 24hrs, if you keep an eye on it the whole time, it should take you 8.5-9 hours. If you don't, then it will be a bit longer.

rather than sitting bored sitting it for 9 hours, go out and get wrecked/laid/ see a movie or summet. put it on at like 9am, go out, come back next day and your done.

[Very poor programming joke]

Actually, I recommened driving the first hours or two to get a lead, especially if B-Spec Bella/Bob is low in the skills department. It's possible to win by half a dozen laps with the three skills between 40 and 27 points.

when i did the 24h of la sarth, it took me about 9.5 hrs, also, I did some timed testing to find out if it really was 3x, and it turned out to be around 2.8x (not including pit stops).
