How many cars EXACTLY are there?

I have in total 1,127 Vehicles, NO SAME model name!! ALL are different, don't have the stealth or chrome line ones but how many are there? I need the ACTUAL number if anyone has exactly all the cars. Any help is appreciated! :)

I say around 1074 cars that's not counting the DLC cars
 
Huh, well I have some so called, "Hidden cars" I got through some people like I have a standard Acura NSX '91 and a premium one too, so I have all the standard ones, another example, I have the GT-R Vspec 09 standard and the premium one. But thanks! I guess I'm just lucky, lol
