Yes. In a way. There are more in the DLC Paint Pack. First row in this list.

You have to repurchase the pack if you want more.

Gold and Silver are given to you eventually. There is also an 'Orange Chrome' that is not a chrome. I have sent them to you.

If you have multiple accounts on your PS3 you can backup your game save, paint a car and send it, then reload your game save. But you are correct that you get only 1 of each color with DLC paint.

Edit: I have set a couple of DLC painted cars to share. Try them.
