I'm just on my way to the land of Bedfordshire and it's 2am. I have to be up and ready to leave for work at 7am. This isn't a normal night though and usuallly I get 7 hours of sleep - how about you lot? Night, night!

During school, I usually get like 4-6 hours. Now that its summer I'm getting like 10 hours of sleep, goin to bed at like 3 and waking up at nooniish

Depends...

After a night out with a little sipping of grandpas cough medicine, I can easily do 8-9 hours, but on normal weekdays, I can't sleep for more than 5 tops...

During college I get about 7-9 hours. In the summer I get bout 12-13 hours. My best is 17 hours straight.

I rarely get more than 7.5 hours of sleep on most nights. When my allergies are really fricking bad, I'm lucky to get more than 2 hours of sleep.

During the regular school year, I'll average 6 hours of sleep each night...during exam time, I usually only get a total of 8 to 10 hours of sleep in a 2 week time frame

Normally between 6 and 8 hours, but it's not uncommon for me to get less than 6. But this summer I have been getting the occasional 9 hour sleep.

6 to 8, I'm lucky to get even that. summer is a different story. zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

I usually sleep about 8 hours a night, from 3 or 4 to 11 or 12.

I'm luckey to get 6 on a good nite of sleep. 4 is average and a lot of nites I've been knowing to get 2 hours.

Scientistic research says that people who get 6-7 hours sleep per day lives longer than people who sleeps less or (even) more! 💡

I get about 7, so I'll be ok, hehe :)

Around 5 hours, sometimes 6, I'm off to bed as soon as I've typed tyhis actually, but I'm up in 6 hours. If it's a bank holiday I usually lie in till midday and get around 10 or 11 hours in bed, I probably spend an hour of that awake though.

6-8 hours, sleep is important too me, if i dont sleep, i cant function no matter how much caffeine i have. even if i only get 5 hours sleep, im tired for the rest of the day and i have to sleep longer to catch up. my body is like a clock

I live on 5 hours of sleep a night. IT's not rare for me to go to bed at midnight and be up at 5am. In fact, that's usually par. On the weekends, I will try to catch up and usually get 7 on friday and 7 on Saturday.

But for the most part, It averages 5-6 hours.

Which is quite odd, as I really love to sleep.

When I didn't have a job, i'd go to bed at 7/8am and get up at around 4pm. At the moment I tend to go to bed at midnight and get up at 6am. But then sometimes I tend to sleep a few hours when I get home, especially if it's hot.

I get about five to eight or nine hours sleep. I'm going to start getting back into 'non-lazy-bugger mode' again and will try to consistantly get at least eight hours every day (excluding nights when the Formula 1 is on).

Good practice for when/if i get a job.
