never enough ... or that is how it feels atleast :)

I'm trying to catch up on my sleep after having almost a week of 5 hrs / day and the warm weather is keeping me up.

On average at this time of year I get around 10-11 hours each night (assuming I go to bed after watching Inuyasha)...

Depends on if my wife is home or not, if you know what I mean. Oh wait, you probably don't. If she is home she gets up with our 4 month old son in which case I get around 7 hours. If she isn't home and I take care of him, it's more like 3.

I start my shift at 11:00pm and get off at 7:00am. Wendsdays through Sundays. Cool huh...:) take care YALL!!!......later.

Depends for me. If there is something good on TV, then I'll sleep to about 3:00 am - to - 4:00 am, and wake at about noon or 1:00 pm. If everything on TV sucks, then I go to bed at midnight (that is if I'm not playing video games or watching episodes of Beavis and Butthead that I recorded of MTV2)

i got an outstanding 3 today thats a new record for me
One time on Halloween, I spended the whole night awake watching scary movies on HBO or Starz, don't remember what chanel it was, so generally, I slept almost the whole next day

I'm down to between 3 and 6 per night now. Some nights are going totally sleepless and I can't seem to figure out what's causing me to not get any sleep.

4 to 6 for me. Which is a lot less than I get when I don't have school--then I usually sleep 10 to 12 hours a night.

Did you try cutting out coffee/caffine, or making the room where you sleep extra quiet/extra dark?

I only have a can of coke with lunch, and 1 with dinner (around 8 at latest)... but that's how much I always have. Aside from those 2 cans of coke per day, I don't have any other caffeine. My room is actually more than dark enough and there's no noise either. I just can't seem to figure out why I can't fall asleep when I want to :(

5-6 hours on most school days… I've gone as low as 2 before though (and did I have a massive headache the next day!).

I usually make everything up Saturday night (10 hours) – I can't make it up Friday night, because I usually have to get up at 4AM for a Cross Country meet.

I am now on 6 hours of sleep every night. I get to bed around midnight nd get up at 6AM. I slept 11 hours friday night and 8 hours last night. (for the first time in 2 weeks...)

on weeknights i am in bed by 1:00 am wake up at 6:45 am go to school, on weekends i go to bed around 3:am and wake up only on satuday at 11 AM take a shower then catch the latest redline TV (courtney day so :censored:ing hot) then i got to bed at 3 am and then wake up at lunch or 1 pm, and thats how my weekends usually are.

(courtney day so :censored:ing hot)

I know 'eh she's so :censored:ing hot........

Anyway, in a normal weeknight I can get around 6 hours of sleep, but on weekends I probably get around 4 hours.....👎

I'd like to see a picture of the 2 guys that voted "0-2 Hours". They must be zombies or something...

My ideal sleep time is 8 to 10 hours, but that's rarely possible during weekdays. Sometimes I'll go as low as 2 hours though (during exams, for example...), but the next night I really need to charge my batteries and Í will have to sleep for about 12 hours straight.

I used to sleep about 4-6 hours throughout high school. Now, with the excellent schedule I gave myself at uni, I'm generally averaging 9. This weekend was bad though, as I slept about 4 hours both nights. Oh well.

I think over 10 is unhealthy. My dad can't break a routine of 12pm-7am (sometimes 8am) or he gets really ill and grouchy. It is a real SuXor if he wants a lie-in.
I have a mate that used to go to sleep midnight and wakeup 5-6am to deliver his newspapers. One of the teachers blamed it for his hyperactivity. But since he quit his paper round he is no different.
