Currently my method is this

Stockpile 2 Million dollars
Cycle from B-1 to B-5 license tests
Check UCD for cars I want (specifically Veyron's)
Rinse & Repeat

Tuning and a fresh coat of paint will solve those problems.

I have 0 but agree with the rest of your post. The turning can be improved but paint can't fix that ugly face. Does come in nice color combo's though.

It depends, they look real nice in a matte or Midnight Purple

One, but I'm waiting until I find a better colour in the OCD or UCD. Because I currently have a light blue and creamy white one. And I don't like it. I want Blue with black back, full red, or Red with Black back, or Black.
