Games shops tend to screw you over like that, so it's best to sell them separately on eBay.

Unless you're trading them in for other games, don't bother, unless a game is really new or popular, used game stores will give you almost nothing for them. You might make a little more selling them on ebay, but your best bet is to hold on to them.
