How Much Time Do You Spend on the Comp?

How much time, on average, do you spend on the computer per day?

For me, anywhere from between 1.5 to 4.

More on vacations sometimes. 4 is plently, though.

Well apparently my time on the comp each day exceeds the poll to astronomical levels...

Here's my average day:

8am-5pm on the computer at work!
6pm-11pm on the computer at home!

This is minimum......... somtimes I'm on the computer at home into the wee hours of the morning....

So....I would say 13-16 hours a day! It's simply amazing I don't need glasses yet.....or haven't got them yet!

then i go home and play from about 9pm-12am

I used to spend 10 hours for 2:30 to 1:30 but that was a long time ago.. Now I spend about maybe 5 or 6...

I had to nominate 6+ hours because OF MY STUPID JOB!!

I should clarify - as jobs go, this one's okay - it's an anti-work thing, rather than an anti-job thing, if you know what I mean.

So of course to round it off, I go home and hack about on the laptop and the PS2 - fantastic...

Oh well - bought a decent pair of running shoes last night so I'll just have to drag my aging carcass out of the house - if this smoke ever clears...

Yes, I'm like the others who work all day on PCs, and then I go straight home and do more work on my home PC, because that's for my web site, which is like my child. I recently had two weeks off, and the second was spent at home, working on the site. I HATED going back to work, to sit in front of a PC all day doing someone else's work!

We have quite a good arrangement, because my wife likes to watch at least 2hrs rubbish telly a day, which gives me free rein on the PC! And then when she goes to bed, our home cinema system becomes a home arcade!
