how much time do you take to play ps2?

it's true when I got vice city I lost weight cause I did not eat.

When I got San Andreas after a week and a half of playing in the stats it said that I played for 107 hours.

It's the same for gran turismo!

I only have my playstation at the address I say at during the week whilst I'm at work so I only play monday evening to friday morning (before work) then is home for the weekend. probably play about 5-6hours a week unless I'm really keen on completing a championship or endurance race before I go home friday, in which case I get up early so I play 2hours before work then its anything upto 12-14 hours a week.

Fat Cookie, I'm not trying to be funny or insulting but what do your family, friends and boss, not to mention your heart, think about you sitting playing games 18hours a day?

about the same for me - but at th moment there isnt really not a lot to do except the mission because and attempting the 24 hour races are out of question at the moment but this week i will place the car in b spec because my driver can knows when to pit now

Less than 6 hours a month. If you do anything 18 hours per day then you either must not be in school or not have a job or have a social life.

18 hours of PS2 would be mind numbingly painful for me, even if I had the time to do that I wouldn't. Not saying theres anything wrong with doing that if you enjoy it, but I wouldn't. I play about 2-3 hours a week, some weeks though my PS2 doesn't even get turned on.

Well since GT4 is the only thing I play, it works on the GT4 forum for me On average, I play less than an hour a day, as I really only have time to play on the weekends and even then it's not much.

I average 5-9 laps of the Nurburgring with each car that I drive, any time I get in.

It's always "Well, I'll just do Flugplatz."

Then it's "Well, now I've gotta drift Adenauer-Forst."

Then "Might as well do Bergwerk and Angstkurve"

Then I'm halfway around the track, and I may as well just finish it...especially as going through the T9 marker at Plfanzgarten II with a DFP is a RUSH like I've never felt in a video game.

18 hours a day eh? i take it you sleep the other six? on average i play about 4 hours throughout the day.
i have been guilty of playing gran turismo for 'extended' periods of time like yourself fat_cookie. my record was 36 hours straight when the original gran turismo came out. my two mates and i would take it in turns to race the game, or race against each other. over the course of a weekend, between us we racked up well over 100 hours game time.
nowadays i dont get as much time as i look after my daughter, but in the quite monments after shes been fed (or been put down for the night) i do play the game. i prefer to play the game than watch tv (it sucks!).

I usually play for an hour a day during the week, then up to three hours at the weekends. I would like to play more but I'm far to busy with work and school.

At 18 hours a day, you must be exhausted? I'm planning on completing the 24 hour races by myself (no B-Spec), but I'm thinking about how exhausted I'll be at the end. That level of concentration is really draining. How do you manage to stay focussed, or does your performance slip massively at the end of a stint?
