Hey everyone,
first time posting on here, hopefully this is the right place to ask this.

So I play GT4 on the PCSX2 emulator with a DualShock4 controller and have noticed that my controller vibrates all the time when driving.
When I play on my PS2, my controller only vibrates when I hit a wall or an apex, but in PCSX2 it not only vibrates when hitting walls and apex'
but also when just driving in a straight line, which doesn't happen on the PS2.

I tried lowering the vibrations in the PCSX2 controller settings, which weakened them overall but not to the point where I could only feel the rumble of the apex or wall collisions, I could still feel the little vibrations when driving straight.

I was unable to find any solutions on Google or YouTube, so maybe you guys do?

Made an account just to reply to this but I have pretty much always had this problem and haven't found much online. I use a Series X controller and it's just constantly vibrating during races, and I know for a fact that's not normal.

What I did to tone it down is I left the big motor at 100% and brought the small motor down to 4% which is the smallest you can go before it cuts out completely.

It still vibrates a bit for the first like three gears but after that it'll only vibrate when braking, driving over curbs, hard steering and contact with cars like it's supposed to.

To me it happens on just a few cars, not all! I find it more immersive: different cars vibrate differently, just like in real life
