How often do Quick Matches update ?

I still got the Classic Prototype , Modern Prototype and DTM Red Bull ring and Gt3 Nurburgring but when do they update or do they just stay the same ?

I think they're updated randomly. One week they'll put in a new one, but sometimes it's a month before they release another one. Yet if it's getting close to a major racing event, then they'll release a special one for that.
