39 and going strong from GT 2 onwards.Glad to see there a few mid 30's and above still flying the flag for the old gamer's .Never forget the days of chequered flag and REVS.

39 here as well. REVS was awesome, I spent so much time playing that game dreaming of the day when a racing game would be more than black for the track and green for the surroundings. Hope I'm more of a Johnny Turbo than a Miles Behind in GT5. :)

27...seems like yesterday I was 21 with a copy of GT4 in my hand
 
I'm 26 in january...
 
I am and will be 26 when the game is released.

I was 17 or so when I got my hands on GT3, man the good old days.

19 when GT4 was released but only picked up the game MUCH later, around 2006 or 2007.
I never put much time in GT4 though, just collecting dust.

Whlep, here's to Nostalgia.

I was 24 when the original Gran Turismo was released.
19 when Need for speed was released for the 3DO.

If you factor inflation, the C64 + disk drive probably cost more than my G27, PS3, and Playseat together.
 
Wow, that would have made me 11 when GT4 first came out... back then it was just a fun game. But now I'm 17 and can't wait to play this game, because now I know I'll respect it much more as the masterpiece it is! 👍

GT5 releases before Christmas so you have little to worry about unless your birthday is between November 5th and December 24th.

I don't know if I want to rely on this information. If this is true, we kind of need to hear the (read another) release date within the next week or 2.
