Now that we know that PD is listening to this forum, I think that posting threads like these may actually affect our GT5 gaming experiences.

Coming from an avid fan of GT-PSP, I think that a few simple tweaks to GT Life can make earning the 1000-cars trophy worth the effort.

First, PD should add single races (like the ones in Arcade mode) to practice mode. That way, we can enjoy custom-made races involving more than just one car (aka the one-make races) without having to go to the course list or add cars to the favorites list for Arcade mode. Then make it so that completing each of these races cycles the Used Car Dealership. Finally, make it so that we can earn some credits from these races as well (at least minor amounts, not necessarily the extraordinary amounts earned in seasonal events).

For those of you who have played GT-PSP before, you get the idea: We buy a car from the UCD, and then actually make use of it in an enjoyable way, as opposed to just testing them in time trials. Keep in mind that not all A-spec races or online lobbies make use of all the cars in the game (including the more abundant, slower cars such as kei cars). We can then immediately buy one or more more used cars after the UCD cycles itself from completing said races, race them, earn come credits along the way, and the cycle continues.

What made GT-PSP so addicting and fun is that you could always race any car on any track conveniently, and then always get rewarded for your efforts, encouraging you to explore more cars and tracks. To have a PS3 port of GT-PSP would be great, and modifying GT Life this way would be the best way of doing it.

Just do what I do and test all of the cars on the Sunday Cup in Grand Valley.
