It doesn't tell if it's rare, it is a popularity rating. It tells you how many people owns that car, which is not exactly the same. No cars are rare in this game if you are going to get it by trading anyway.

+1, there is no way a Toyota bB is one of the rarest cars in the game, its just that nobody owns one so therefore its given a 10 in rarity.

That car is REALLY cool ! It has so many aero "flaps" that move on the car while you are cornering, it's really cool to watch in the replay. I found that "Bspec Bill" drove the car to W's with no problems/fight at the lower spec levels where that car can be used.

Not true at all - that just tells you how many people who use that DB own the car. It's a popularity rating more than anything else.

Do you like the look of the car? Do the specs interest you? What about the description?

You have to remember that there are no rare cars in GT5 because of the sheer number of people who own it and the sheer number of people doooping it.
