1. get an fr or ff car.
2. You ca tune it up anyway you want it, but don't mess with the first gear too much.
3. equip racing soft in the front, and comfort hard in the back (vice versa with an ff car, but who cares?)
4. turn all aids off.
5. accelerate a bit and hold down the brake while still on the accelerator. the wheels should start spinning and smoke should be emanating from the rear wheels (front if it's an ff)

*don't try driving with it, you'll skid on it like someone put oil all over the track!

Or you can just put comfort hards on a normal car and do that. Yeah, we are well aware.

I'm sure someone was glad to find out how to do this.

1-Also remember- throttle control! Nothing ruins the coolness of a good burnout like bouncing off the rev-limiter like a nOOb!
2-And please don't try to do it on the yellow stripes at Indy trying to look cool because you'll just end up ramming the line and getting kicked.

Happy burnouts and be safe!👍

You sure he hasn't put it there?...
And Isn't it common knowledge that if you Give your car the Beans it'll 'burnout'?....

He means to spin tires when car is at a standstill...

Thanks for the info and I love like "can see" your avatar :D

I think you can get banned for changing your user title to banned, but you can’t do it properly in italics (as above) and his avatar is gone too. I guess the offending posts are deleted? Hope it’s just a three day 👍

Um....What did d24 do? He was always helpful here on the forums.

I know. He isn't on the banned user log either...

Same with TT3AZ if you remember, he got banned and hasn't been on PSN in over 3 months.

Only a few "examples" get listed in the banned user log. It doesn't tell everything.

Do it up. I want to see what really happened.

Apparently he referred to the Veyron as "gay" in a thread and is therefore banned; which is weird because I did things much more "intuitivene let's say", and only received an infraction...

why is d24 banned?!?

I'll say it since the moderator in question doesn't want to divulge details.

d2 got banned for calling the GTR of all things.......gay. Well LA DI DA!! Here's a clue for that staff member since he doesn't have the decency to check up on what actually happens in the GT5 drag scene.......THE R35 GTR IS GAY IN GT5 DRAG!! Everyone at the moment is on the '12 GT-R Black Edition bandwagon, trying to be the best at this new car. Before that, everyone was on the GTR TC bandwagon for the same reason, and before that, they were on the '09 SpecV bandwagon. So, across the GT5 Drag scene, the GTR is being considered as GAY.

Seriously, banning d2 for this is moronic......even if you gave him some points previously, they weren't for this issue. If you guys were so serious about cleaning up this forum, ALL OF YOU would've acted on the tens of thousands of times that people call the Bugatti the "GAYRON", but NOOOOOO......it's get rid of the people who actually contribute and keep the absolute 🤬 sticks who turn this forum into the :censored:fight that it has become.

And then people wonder why I don't come on GTP much anymore.

I too should be banned. I've said both. That is BS. Someone needs to talk to Jordan.

Look what I found from a former moderator, in the Rumble Strip:

Small tidbit of info I thought I'd add to this thread:

Using the word "gay" or "queer", or any other moniker targeting homosexuality should not be used to denote something you dislike or disagree with. It just shows how narrowminded and shallow you are, surely you don't want that, right? It's a form of respect, purely and simply.

This is valid for all the site, not just the Rumble Strip.

Gay is a word (a noun or an adjective) that primarily refers to a homosexual person.

The term was originally used to refer to feelings of being "carefree", "happy", or "bright and showy";

Using this definition, I find that gtplanet is not gay at all.
