How to buy the DLC

I bought my PS3 in Hong Kong and based my PSN Account there(I live in the Philippines)
So I'm 21 years old and still studying, So no credit card yet
Is there another way of buying DLCs?
I may have found the solution (http://www.datablitz.com.ph/php_fil...&show=detail&bb_id=440&platform=Playstation 3) but I just want to clear things out
