increase spring rate and damper rate, increase anti-roll bar, and increase camber angle. Probably you can reduce downforce a bit for increase acceleration since racing tires is already grippy.
I don't change anything, really. If your tune is balanced on hard tires it will be balanced when you put on softer tires. The problem is when you try to to go from a soft tire tune and change to harder tires. The harder tires will expose weaknesses in the tune.
