How to change "New Member" to whatever i want it to read?

First off, let me apolygise if this is in the wrong section, if it is then could a mod please move it.

I was wondering how i could change "New Member" to say something else. How do i do it ?

Any help is highly aprecciated. :)
 
When you have made 500 posts, and have been a member for over 90 days, you can then change your user title to whatever you want it to be through the "My GTPlanet" link at the top left of every page.

You could have found this out by going into the Site Feedback forum and checking out the Custom Avatar & Title Requirements thread. :)

Alternatively, you could buy GTPremium, and you'll get the ability to change the title, and more privileges with it at the same time. ;)

does it stay New Member up until 500 posts because by the time most people get that far they are not really new anymore? like does it change to something else at 50 posts? is there a list of ranks somewhere?
 
Yeah, it changes at different spots.

At 50, 100, 200, 300, 400, 500. At 500 you can put what you want but if you don't change it yourself, it will keep change every 100 posts.
